The device is provided by the non-volatile memory of measuring results and efficient two-circuit numerical filter, providing the suppression of electro-magnetic interferences and snags of harmonic composition of fluctuations of fixtures. In the process of meterage tacitly produces some measurements of vibration velocity of fixture, comparing them among themselves, selects the reliable size and transforms it in the mechanical strain in compliance with algorithm for computation.
