In the composition of infiltrating hydraulic insulation the cement, the quartz filling agent are included and active chemical agents. The water-proof effect has been achieved at the expense of bridging of pore and microvoids of concrete water nonsoluble compound of, formed as a result of reaction of active chemical components with cement stone in the presence of water.
