order transportable cargoes.
from what we insure? 1. "all risk": on such term we indemnify without
deduction of not refundable percent of loss (franchises) all losses from
damage or total loss of the whole or part of the cargo, which occured on
any reason. 2. "Ltd": on such term we indemnify
losses due to damages or total loss of the whole or part of the cargo
because of:
- fire, lightning, explosion, storms and other acts of providence
(calamity);
- downfalls , collisions and run off of rolling stock, downfalls or
ship collision, airplanes and by other transportations between
themselves, or hits of them on fixed or floating objects, damages
vessel by the ice, vessel landings the aground, aircraft crashes (including
"unsuccessful" on landing meteorological conditions)
- deficient amounts of weight and places, spoilage;
failure of bridge structures in a time of running of transport and roof
stock rooms;
- ïîäìî÷êè salt water, cargo wash-out with board, accidental
cargo assault with airplane, as well as measures, adopted for extinction of fire
(including the cargo donation);
- the vessel ïðîïàæè or airplane without guide;
- loadings, stackings, unloadings. 3. "only from loss of whole or part of the cargo" (individual package:
bale, case, container etc. : on this condition the list of insurance
events is identical to cases list, specified in item 2. 4. A particular cases insurance cover insurance protection.
A. on deck cargoes: the cargoes, buried with our consent on deck,
ñòðàõóþòñÿ only in the case of a downfall or ship collision between
themselves or on the other motionless or floating object (including the ice),
the vessel landings the aground, fire or explosion aboard a ship;
B. on cargoes in closed and under leads containers and lighter,
deck-loaded: mentioned cargoes ñòðàõóþòñÿ on terms
traffic insurance in holds, in respect of which
the restrictions on desk load insurance do not work. |
