Descrição porminorizada da marca:The reliable design of ñìåñèòåëÿ-êîðìîðàçäàò÷èêà Solomix with stand-up ðåæóùå-ïåðåìåøèâàþùèì screw conveyor and high-power planetary mechanism provides for the qualitative opening and the stirring of initial products and the acqusition of homogenous, friable on structure of feed stern, necessary for optimal rumen function. The regulator valve and the band of cross transfer allow to produce the rapid distribution of finished stern, provided cows of single stern plurality by the homogenous balanced diet. The loading of initial product on top of is very simple because of absence of top transverse bar and large volume of mixing chamber of oval-shaped. Immediately after loading of noiseless moving screw conveyer starts to intermix sterns vertically. Mounted on riser auger the cutters effectively crush arriving the product. The cutting effort and the quality of stirring of dry provisions can be optimized by the adjustment by the way of anvil-type knives position. Driveable by the high-power conical and planetary gear the screw conveyer has the addition bearing on the top, preventing hereby from overloading the planetary mechanism and the base of mixing chamber. The outlet of finished stern quickly and without losses is done by regulator valve, ðàñ- laid posteriorly machine part and under control from tractor cab. The amount of regulation distributed stern occurs through change in the position and status of regulator valve. Ëåâî- or the right-sided distribution of stern there is provided by the wide band of cross transfer. Despite the large volume of mixing chamber ñìåñèòåëü-êîðìîðàçäàò÷èê Solomix is distinguished by the facility in the control and manoeuvrability because of its abbreviated construction and presence of hydraulic brake system with hand brake.
The mechanical remote control from tractor cab makes the unit comfortable in service. The ñìåñèòåëÿ-êîðìîðàçäàò÷èêà construction allows to operator attentively to watch distribution process of stern. The special spyhole provides for good review of mixing chamber.
